Pros: Beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains. It’s nice to sit on the veranda in the morning, it’s quiet, the birds are singing, the fish are swimming.Far from the city, but for me this is not a minus, the road to the center is along winding streets among fields.Nice lighting in the bathroom. Simple but good.Cons: you need to be reminded about cleaning, otherwise they might forget to bring water. The lock practically does not close from the inside; the simple latch does not work well. There is no feeling of safety.

This place takes the full month's deposit, and don't be surprised if at the end of staying you'll need to pay for something you shouldn't!I was staying here for 1 month, and it was nice in a beginning. The location is good, a house doesn't have an AC, but has 2 floors and a terrace with a nice view. The kitchen could be equipped better for this price, but in common it was a nice place. You can even buy fresh bread there in the morning.Every week I got the cleaning with towels and sheets changing. I think that different people were doing that, not the same person every time. In the first 2 weeks, I was getting 2 sets of towels, but from the 3d week, they started to give me back only 1 set. I didn't ask why - I thought, maybe because I was staying there alone and the staff decided that one set is enough for me. But when I was checking out, they told me that I lost one set of towels! They didn't want to listen to me and said that they gave me 2 sets of towels all the time. So I had to pay 400 bat - and It was a very upsetting situation. Not only because of money but because I felt cheated and humiliated! It's not a problem for me to pay for something that I really broke or lost! But it wasn't a situation like this. So I will not stay in that place anymore. If you are staying there, be careful about that.

So it is a beautiful place but some practices are really shady and they try to rip you off as much as they can. They do not clean the rooms regularly and don’t bring the same number of towels so make sure you always get two or go and talk to them right away, otherwise they will take your cash:( unfortunate but true. My friend got ripped off. Lovely place otherwise, but it’s unfortunate that they try to make money this way. Quite off-putting, really.
