I'm here with my family on holiday at the Grand Orri Berastagi Hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Service is also good and very friendly. And the food is delicious and the place is comfortable and clean. It turns out, all this time, I already knew, apparently, the Grand Orri Hotel is the former Gunung Anak Valley in Berastagi. That's why the Grand Orri Hotel car park is a bit narrow. That's all I have to say, that's all and thank you for my opinion. 🙏🏻☺️

As far as my experience of staying is good, the staff is friendly, the rooms are according to price, cleanliness is ok, just need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom walls.the garden is spacious and beautiful.for food orders at affordable prices, fast...Hopefully it will maintain its beauty🙏😊

It's worth it for me who wants it to be cheap, not difficult to book, not complicated with the hotel location, close to Indomaret, to KFC. To the fortress hill. I've been a subscriber here for a long time. Too lazy to look for another place. It's not that I don't want to try something else, but I don't want to make it complicated. Here, booking by WhatsApp is safe, simple. For those of you who have never tried it, you can try it once. Visitors are always busy. Especially weekends. Oh yes, the room price does not include breakfast. But don't worry, you can order breakfast at the restaurant.

We recently stayed here and we came as a group. We had like 30+ people with us. Their rooms are not that good already but they assigned us to a room that smells so bad, that looks so bad and is so uncomfortable. When we first entered the room, it wasnt locked so my first thought was is there someone who just came in this room? And when we entered the room, the whole room smells so bad. The bathroom is so small i can barely fit in, the toilet is not even in good condition and there are bathroom insects in the bathroom flying around. One of the bed has long strand of hair on the pillow. The back of the TV is so dusty, the balcony still has cigarette butts and bottle of water like as if someone just slept there last night. It was as if we were given a room supposedly for drivers only.When we requested to change room, the receptionist came over to our room to check the condition and for real the condition is not guest's standard. They didnt gave us another room but instead just changed our beddings and swept the room as if it'll eliminate all the others things in the room such as the smell and dust. Plus we didnt have hot shower. We're in one of the coldest place in Indonesia and we dont have hot shower. 🤦So my advice is please check all your guests even if its a group, and please check your rooms. Some rooms are not suitable for guests for real.Be warned if you stay here, check the room first before taking the key. Food wasnt even great and they dont offer coffee or anything. And there's no store near the hotel. So be warned.

Affordable hotel in the Bukit Kubu area, facilities are okay, there is a large garden and vegetable garden that can be purchased and the price is the same as at the market, you can pick it yourself, the gardener is friendly, recommended

This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel. For me, the room was quite spacious, the light in the room broke and was immediately replaced by the hotel.At this hotel there is no swimming pool, instead it is a beautiful view and garden. There is also a play area for children.

the room is shabby, the tap makes noises all night, the socket is broken and the cell phone can't be charged, the bathroom is haunted, the cupboard can't be closed, the air freshener can't be used, the sheets and towels are dirty, lots of cobwebs, but the view is good, wifi is not available 😩😩 My leg was bleeding from a scratch under the mattress and the iron came out, apparently because of the iron staples... but the location is also strategic

For a hotel costing 375 thousand for a deluxe room type, I personally think it's quite good.If you want to go to town, it's also near plg, 5-10 minutes.
