There are three of us staying, so we took the family roomOverall good for the family room, water, coffee, tea are provided, the AC is cold, there is hot waterThe environment is calm, usually groups of official people and the like comeFriendly receptionistMinus the parking area is not spacious enough, if the parking area is neat it can fit +- 10 carsFor a strategic location, easy access to find food

The location of the hotel is quite strategic and feels safe because it is in the vicinity of the TNI base. I only stayed for 1 day transit, but the condition of the room was quite homey, comfortable, and all facilities such as AC, hot water, TV functioned well. Towels and toiletries are also provided. And what is no less important is that the service from the receptionist who was on duty early in the afternoon (sorry, his brother is a bit tall) was very friendly, making my husband and I feel welcomed. Maybe if you have the opportunity to visit Lhoksumawe again you will stay at this hotel again. Thanks.
