Facilities make you uncomfortable, fix the facilities first...don't force yourself to accept guests. And don't recommend because this hotel is so uncomfortable.Broken TV on display, dirty table on display...unfriendly service.It's like this, why is it a 3 star?

The room is dark, the minimalist lights are bright, the door lock is difficult to open, all the waiters are very unfriendly even though we pay, the prices are expensive, the food runs out a little quickly at 8, don't even think about staying here, it's very heartbreaking and a loss physically and mentally, the dining room table is left dirty and not cleaned even though the staff was silent with an arrogant face, we wanted to eat, cleaned the table ourselves, glasses, plates, spoons and forks were laid out in a wet condition without all being wiped, we wiped it ourselves, no tissue was provided, we had to ask to wipe the plates, glass in the room and bathroom laid out without nails, food used by guests in front of the rooms left unpicked for 24 hours, not in keeping with the name of the holy city of Madina, worst, worst, don't want to stay here. The room doesn't have tissue facilities, the bathroom also doesn't have tissue facilities, the TV is totally dead, the bedside lamp doesn't have a bulb, the cheap pillows are hard so it's uncomfortable to sleep, the lift only has an up button, a hole in the down button.

The service was very unfriendly, both the receptionist and the officers, especially at breakfast. Food runs out quickly and is not refilled, cutlery is wet and has not been wiped, plates used for eating are not cleaned immediately. The availability of tissue in the restaurant is minimal and tissue is not provided in the rooms. The room was poorly lit, the bathroom was not clean and the bathroom glass was broken and was just put there without being repaired. Please ask the hotel staff to be friendlier and more polite and to improve breakfast service.

I don't recommend this hotel for group guests, because the hotel staff are not friendly enough, and food in the restaurant runs out quickly when we are a little late, and the restaurant staff also rarely smile. There are no car parking attendants, so cars are parked irregularly. Thank You.
