The Island and the resort feels like paradise.-Awesome beach and crystal blue water-Amazing snorkeling spot-Ecological and sustainable resort-3 times/day good and fresh food-Friendly staff who tries to help you in every situation-A lot of mosquitos but they have protection against it-the wifi and the electricity isn‘t available the whole day but you really don’t need it in such a destination. If you need it nonetheless, they turn it on-Claudine (manager) helps you in every situation to organize everything for you (Shared private car, shared speed boat….)All in all an unforgettable, magical trip and I really recommend it

Beautiful island and beach. Good rooms and nice bed. Shared bathroom is cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is great! Claudine will arrange everything for your trip. Recommended!

Truly fantastic experience! My family and I stayed 5 nights at the mb resort (we were supposed to stay 4 but we decided to stay an extra day) and we had a great time. The staff is fantastic, very kind, always available and smiling, as well as well organized and performing. As for the place and the environment it seems like being in paradise, if you are lucky you will witness sunsets that you will not be able to forget. The chef is very good and you will eat very well and abundantly. During snorkeling instead you will witness different and many types of fish. A big thank you to Claudine who manages everything perfectly. If you have problems or needs do not hesitate to write to her, she was very helpful and does it with great kindness and commitment. I think she is the most performing organizer I have ever had to deal with, congratulations indeed.

Everything, I repeat, everything (resort, team, food, organisation, cleanliness) is fabulous. The island itself is a true paradise: peace, relax, exceptional sea. But a special ingredient is added to all this. The owner Claudine (even remotely) is always present: she helps, solves, simplifies. And she coordinates a team of exceptional workers: always smiling, available and ready at all times to make you feel good. Honestly, I have taken many holidays around the world (with my husband and two little girls) but I have never met such an efficient owner and such loving and attentive staff (never intrusive, but always present).The resort in general is a small pearl in a unique place in the world. But the entire MB staff manages to turn a beautiful holiday into a unique experience. 🤩

We have stayed at MB Palambak with our three kids and enjoyed the time very much.Staff here is super friendly and incredibly well organized. Due to the remoteness everything is very basic, but clean and well maintained. Food is tasty.Manager Claudine helped us to organize our trip to Banyak Islands and has been extremely helpful while we were at the island. Due to herself and her staff the whole trip was very smooth and easy.

Just an amazing place, do not hesitate to book here. The island is paradise, enough places to snorkel, especially on the other side of the island (ask the staff if they can bring you there with the boat or walk 10 minutes). The beach is white and the water is clear. On top of that you will be served a variety of wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner by the amazing chef who takes diets into account. How is that possible on a remote island?! Wonderful!Claudine, the contact person per WhatsApp is super helpful, thoughtful and speaks English very well. She is a tremendous help during your stay and makes the trip to and from the island hassle-free. (P.s. take into account that you pay 250k per person per trip between Pulau Balai and Pulau Palambak, for us this came as a surprise)Treat yourself!

Claudine and the staff truly care about their guests. Everything was organised for us at very reasonable prices and Claudine goes above and beyond to help her guests!The room was really comfortable (we loved the patio with the sea view and the hammock!) and the shared bathrooms were very clean. The food was delicious, with healthy and generous portions.We have been travelling for over 2 months around SEA and this was by far our favourite stay! Thank you!
