All the staff are great.The receptionist was very helpful and answered all our questions, the other employees were also very friendly in welcoming us when we arrived at the hotel.The rooms are clean, the hotel facilities are luxurious.the food is very delicious.Main recommendation 👍👍Someday I will come back again.Thank you 🙏

As for the rooms, they are clean and very comfortableThe service was very satisfying, both from room service and from Resto LAVA rooftop coffee & eatery.The location is easy to reach and the view from the room and rooftop is very good, especially at sunset

Room prices are relative, seem modern, the view of Tip Pancu Hill is good in the morning. The breakfast buffet or a la carte was quite satisfying and varied during the 3 day stay at Fandhika boutique. Strategic location, close to the Ulee Lheu crossing port to Sabang Island.
