Rooms are not weather proof , no insulation from cold weather, sink is constantly clogged, with worms lurking, Heather hot water not functioning , constantly need reset , room is dirty floor , very bad experience, breakfast is worst ever , staffs smoke in breakfast lobby area

We booked Alloyna Cottage on the spot since all the hotels were full, and we were charged IDR 700k for a direct booking. The service was good, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom lighting could use some improvement, as it was dim, especially at night. Unfortunately, the hot water didn’t work, so we had to endure cold showers, which was uncomfortable. That said, the bed and the rest of the amenities were very comfortable and clean.

Rooms on ground floor moldy. If you are alergic to mold - book an upstairs room.Breakast: Unacceptable to westerners. We had 'toast and egg omelette'. The 'toast' was warm white bread (OK) The 'omelette' was inedible. Not sure when it was cooked either.

Clean, comfortable, quite spacious because the cottage with a terrace is like a house & has a nice view and design. Facilities are ok, front office is also friendly, 24 hour standby. We had a late checkin of J8pm, we were allowed a late checkout of J1pm & all processes were easy and fast. The WA number on Gmap is correct but the one on Traveloka is wrong even though you booked on the app. OK, allowing staff rooms to be used by drivers so our drivers don't have to sleep in the car. Recommended for those who want to have a quiet holiday without any noise in the Berastagi area, strategic location. Keep going & success always for Alloyna :)
