In terms of cleanliness, it is still not clean,The bathroom still smells of urine, there is no warm water for bathing. The socket for the cellphone charger is broken and cannot be used.Please fix it, there are still many shortcomings.The more improvements there are, the higher your rating will be because of the service.Google map will recommend the highest rating.

the room does not match the photo displayed on the application.The room ceiling was dusty, lots of cobwebs.There was also a small water leak on the ceiling of the room.the bathroom is dirty, the bathroom floor is slippery.The staff was not friendly, I ordered via the official application but instead it said the room was full.It's enough to stay here once, not recommended.

The bathroom was dirty, the door was difficult to open, there was no water in the upstairs room, the bathroom was smelly, the stairs to the 2nd floor were very, very narrow and watery so it was very prone to falling. Because we weren't comfortable in the upper room, we asked to change to the lower room and the staff didn't allow it, they seemed lazy and didn't want to clean the room, they said they couldn't clean many rooms, for the price of 200 thousand per room it wasn't worth it at all. Please improve the service and room quality!!!

The bathroom smells like there's no mothballs, it's small, there's no air conditioning, it's okay, there are worms under the bathroom mat, ordered 2 rooms, the only room is the bathroom can't be closed, the other room has a broken bathroom door, when I want to check the room I want to stay in, it says the room is broken. Everything's the same, so yes, the rooms are pretty much the same if the receptionist says so

Stayed overnight because I was really desperate to find accommodation, tired of traveling. The room is small, but very clean. The hot water is also easy to get hot. The mirror is only on the bathroom door, there is no clothes hanger provided. Clean, fragrant towels. Mattresses, pillows, blankets are also clean. Soap and toothbrushes are provided. Parking is in the basement. There are also rooms in the basement. Overall okay, but the walls are not cement, so if it's noisy it can be heard in the next room. But it's good, recommended, the staff are friendly again. The name of the reddorz is Reddorz Ivana Hotel

Stay on Sunday afternoons for 250k if weekends are ±400k. Worth it. Because the staff are friendly, the place and bathroom are clean, the water is hot 24 hours, the room size is enough for two people if there is an extra bed, parking for trains is very safe because there is a basement under the accommodation and double iron doors so at night you don't need to worry because locked. If you're too late to find something to eat out, you can order via telephone to the staff. The location is strategic because it is not far from Miky holiday and the Berastagi fruit market or the cow milking area is also quite close. There is free and smooth wifi too. Keep up the service ❤️ next time if you go on holiday there, I want to go to this inn again😘

Due to heavy traffic jams from Medan to Berastagi, I stayed here to sleep for a while, got a basement room. The bed is musty, will be damaged, there are no facilities whatsoever. Luckily I only got to sleep for a while but the price for that room still wasn't worth it. Needs improvement

I got room B.1 which is in the basement, if there is a motorbike parked going in and out it's really noisy. It's difficult to find a stall if you don't have a private vehicle. The door is also difficult to lock. When you entered the toilet there were traces of cigarette butts. The power button on the TV remote doesn't work. The receptionist was not friendly at all, maybe because I ordered via the application.
