"The 'hotel' is scamming people. You book through the app, and when you arrive, they tell you the rooms are sold out and demand extra money. In reality, the place is almost empty, with no guests. Unfriendly staff and terrible customer service. They suggest a refund if you don't want to pay more. It's a disgrace. Poor conditions, ants everywhere.This "hotel" is cheating people. Order via the successful marketplace. When we arrived at the hotel it said it was fully booked. The guard asked for an extra fee to change rooms. Disgusting service

If the hotel is affiliated with OYO, the consequence is that you have to know the rules of the game. Don't forget to just promote through OYO. This is called a scam. Don't, if the customer has difficulty, throw the responsibility to OYO, please.Anyway, no one wants it if the label is OYO. The fall is actually more expensive than what was received. It's better to get a 2 or 3 star hotel via Traveloka with the hotel price plus the money tied up at OYO, which if you take care of it can only call a number in the middle of nowhere (it runs out of a lot of credit) which is definitely on purpose so it can't be taken care of.Hotel owners know the rules of the game, so I don't accept it if they shift responsibility to OYO to harm consumers. OYO is a scam, but the hotel already knows about it too, so they join the scam.
