These are the pluses and minuses after staying there+ friendly staff+ beautiful place+bs early checkin free of charge+cheap restaurant food prices+ clean towels and bedding+there is smart TV wifi-Hot water doesn't work-When I arrived the water turned off. Waited a few 2 hours before it turned on even though I needed to pee and was stifling to take a shower-A rat entered the room because there was a hole in the wall. I'm anxious about going to sleep 😅- noisy, because the pavilion can be rented for non-guests from 1-maghrib there are loud karaoke people, even at half past 11 pm there is something like a GT village event in the pavilion so going to sleep is quite disturbed-The table also has a small dressing table, so if you want to put things, it's a bit crampedTo access the road at night you have to go through a dark road but when you get to the hotel it's brightIf you want to find food, the hotel provides it but the hours cannot be flexible. At 6 pm, last orders are already there, but if you want to find food, you have to go out of the alley firstCleanliness is okay except the bathroom door is rusty, but the cleanliness of the bed is okayI got a price of 418 thousand on Agoda, if at the hotel it was 350 thousand. Maybe in the future the facilities and security can be improved, especially for the holes so there are no more rats
