Breakfast was served a bit cold... got a room on the 3rd floor, the bathroom ceiling was leaking (it was raining). The TV cable was broken, and the room itself had mice... finally moved to a room on the 2nd floor... it looks like all the rooms in this hotel need to be renovated... especially the wing row of old rooms which still use locks

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, but the third time I got a room where the hot water wasn't hot, the sink was clogged, the bathroom was not clean. But it all pays off with the hotel's position close to delicious culinary delights.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. the room was dirty and dusty everywhere. Lawns on the ceiling and dirty window grilles. The sheets were dirty, so I immediately asked for them to be changed because they were itchy because they were bitten by animals. I asked to bring a thick blanket, not to replace it. but I was forced to stay here because the other hotels were full.

Best strategic location.Needs a lot of improvement regarding room facilities.We ordered a family room and got #307.Lots of traces of *sorry* lizard droppings on the floor and walls.Around the table is also dusty, the white plastic chairs have lots of spots.When you entered the room there was an unpleasant aroma in your nose, suspicious of the bed sheets/sarban not being properly washed.The glass was placed on the table upside down without a base... So it smelled like wood in the mouth of the glass.The worst... The bathroom doesn't look like it's ready to receive guests, the floor and door walls have lots of spots, you can see a gas station toilet *sorry* The floor also has some cracks 😥The receptionist, an older man, was not friendly, didn't smile.Hopefully criticism and suggestions will be well received for improvement.I deliberately didn't attach a photo because I didn't have the heart to post it

The location is okay, the building and interior are modern but the bathroom may need to be looked at by the CS officer, it's very dirty like it hasn't been cleaned, there's a lot of moss even though everything else is okay
