the room is not well maintained, there are cobwebs, the walls are moldy, the furniture such as the towel rack is damaged, even the toilet is difficult to squeeze, the bathroom door which is damaged is still used and closed with plywood handles, the room is HOT, the AC doesn't cool until my child is lying on the floor because I can't sleep, and the funny thing is that when the lights go out, maybe the electricity goes down, but how come the hotel electricity goes down? :) Far from being a hotel, this hotel is more like a boarding house, maybe even an elite boarding house. Priced at 350K/night there are still many that are more worth it. But it's okay to make it an experience, hopefully in the future it will be more successful so that we can fix what needs to be fixed because the location is right from the main MALL and tourist attractions.

Strategic location close to the beach, room B only. The AC is not cold. The breakfast is less interesting. Service to be further improved

The hotel is quite big, the location is very strategic, if you want to relax, just walk to Long Beach. There is a large family room, quite clean for an old hotel. Stayed in room 907, and the AC wasn't cold at all, apparently it was broken and I was given a fan with a lot of dust.
