Honestly, this is the first time staying in a villa and getting eggs, rice, noodles, etc. plus complete kitchen equipment. It's a short walk to the beach. I stopped at Sadranan beach, I could snorkel and canoe, then eat seafood on the edge of Slili beach. The best trip, really cozy place, not in vain far from Tangerang ~

The villa is really cool, direct view of the beach, going to Slili beach is also very close. Ms. Ayu and her parents who welcomed us were very friendly and the facilities were super. Refrigerator, water heater, super cold 1 PK AC, stove and complete cooking and eating equipment. I stayed with 6 people plus 1 child and it was still very comfortable.

The place is cool BeGeTe.....Complete facilities, shivering AC, clean KM..All you have to do is drift to the beach...The location is really cool, right at the top between 2 beaches...Sadran and Slili๐๐๐Owner....In-laws...Daughter-in-law...Cool grandkids๐๐๐

Beautiful place with amazing views, the first time sleeping with the waves crashing is an unforgettable experience, clean place with satisfactory facilities for 6 people, modern toilet, complete kitchen with refrigerator facilities etc...really satisfying service friendly.... Hopefully we can come back again

Staying here was very enjoyable for our little family.The location is in the middle of Slili Beach and Sadranan Beach, so you just have to walk to which beach you want to go to.We were confused about finding the location and were really helped by Mr. Slamet (host) until we were picked up.The facilities offered are really good, there are eating utensils, a complete kitchen plus eggs, rice, oil and instant noodles for cooking in the villa.Hot and cold water for bathing is available here, and an outside shower for rinsing and cleaning yourself from beach sand before entering the houseComfortable mattress, nice pillows and cool air conditioning plus a fan.The mezzanine area is filled with 2 single beds and there is a window to view the beach area.It might be a consideration if you bring people with leg disabilities and elderly people who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs because they have to climb the stairs to this villa from the parking lot. It's not that steep and far, but if it rains the stairs become more slippery.

We love this pretty small villa, perched on a hill above the Sadranan Beach. It has a big bedroom opening out to the terrace, open the door and you see Slili Beach, a bathroom with good shower, and a well equipped kitchen. There's outdoor shower to wash off the sand from your body before entering the house. It's spacious for couple or family with small children.We love the location, a short walk to snorkel and lounge to Sadranan Beach, beach walk to Ngandong, Slili and Krakal beach. Gazebos just outside the villa. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, rice, Indomie, eggs, greens and mushrooms! Just bring canned corned beef and you can make your own "Internet" for breakfast...However, access to villa is through stairs and ramps. Parking is provided in the public parking. This can be an issue if you bring the elderly, young children or people with disability. No issue for us, actually we enjoyed the walks! Use rucksacks, not wheeled suitcase to stay here!Some may find the villa as "hot", but this is easyly solved by opening the glass windows and keep the krepyak closed, and let the sea breeze in and cool the room. This can be improved by replacing the glass windows at the mezzanine with krepyaks.Friendly caretakers Pak Slamet & Bu Endah warmly welcomed us and showed us everything, thanks so much pak & Bu, would love to come again!

Cheap enough for friends who are looking for accommodation in the area around the beach. The guards and owners are friendly too. The cost for a day's stay is around 600 thousand. Actually, it's not very spacious... but it's quite complete with cooking utensils for rice, egg noodles, etc. It's good for 4 people to stay here. Max is 5... because the area is not that big. The surrounding area is usually very hot... but AC and fans are provided. Extra bed and extra mini bed. Can also sleep on top. Enough for 2 people in a mini bed.

Thank God you can experience the beautiful views of Gunungkidul when you stay here. The facilities are quite complete, clean, and the distance to the beach is very close
