Located a short walk from night market/walking street. Rooms are standard and serve the purpose. Breakfast included and bottled water each day adds good value to the place.Several breakfast options and fresh fruits.My friend stayed here and I stayed up the street. Definitely bonuses like breakfast and free laundry make this the better choice.

I highly recommend Ban Jaipang Homestay when visiting Pai. The hosts are warm, hospitable, and truly take the time to look after you. Their two children are well-behaved, delightful, and friendly; I enjoyed chatting with them. The homestay offers reliable WiFi and air conditioning, and the breakfast is simply amazing—a great way to start the day. The on-site laundry service is convenient, and the daily housekeeping service is much appreciated. There’s a good fridge and unlimited drinking water available. Thoughtful touches like mosquito coils, repellant, and comfortable chairs allow you to enjoy the garden and hammock.The outdoor area is a perfect place to unwind, whether you're relaxing in the hammock or enjoying the peaceful garden. The garden truly comes alive after one of Pai’s infamous shakes. Despite being close to walking street, the location is quiet. The homestay is conveniently located near a 24-hour 7-Eleven, just 300m away, and it’s a short, safe 5-10 minute walk from the Pai Bus Station. I extended my stay and am happy to recommend Ban Jaipang Homestay to anyone visiting Pai. If this homestay is available, please go ahead and book it without delay.

I really enjoyed my stay here, extended for extra few days. The rooms have nice furnishings and are super clean. Breakfast is 10/10. This is a relaxing homestay experience and I found it very hard to leave. The kids are really a lot of fun and will be missed!

Room is spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, free laundry is provided. Good location, near walking street but not too near so not loud. Most importantly the host family are super nice and friendly, a mother with her adorable two kids. They even gave us a new year gift. Definitely going to stay here whenever we will be in Pai

Stunning place 2 minutes walk from the center but quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious and very beautiful with air conditioning, fridge. In front there is a hammock for relaxing. The breakfast is super! I recommend stopping in this magical place where you can feel pampered

Totally enjoyed my 2 night stay. The location is perfect and they do have parking. I was warmly welcomed and everyone was very friendly. As a solo traveler i also enjoyed the company of the children at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast... i chose the avocado toast with eggs and it was excellent. This is a budget friendly stay that will have you wanting to return. The night market is about a 5 min walk away.

Private rooms with a porch with a hammock and a place to sit. The rooms were really big with plenty of space, there is a fridge, there is a kettle, excellent toilets and showers. It's a bit difficult to understand how to work with the hot water, but you just have to turn off the current and it boils.The location is perfect, really close to the main street but also far enough away that you won't hear all the hustle and bustle.The hostess is perfect! Yur Maxima takes care of everything, even offered to take us to the bus station. Serves indulgent breakfasts and in the evening there is also pizza but we didn't try it because we were out. She has 2 sweet children who are constantly playing outside and coming over, really a kibbutz atmosphere.Really recommend!!

I was here for three nights with my partner, a calm and quiet place, a short walk from the market, with all the necessary equipment (air conditioning, cold drinking water, hot shower water, Wi-Fi), in addition, a particularly indulgent breakfast is also included, in short, highly recommended!!

It's a little outside from the tourist area (10 minutes walking) , which makes it a great place to stay when trying go rest and get a break. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing. The kids were truly adorable and full of joy which gave this place a unique truly home stay ish feeling. Also, the pasta tasted like authentic Italian cousine, because the owner used to cook in an Italian restaurant! Last to note, the pizza was amazing, as well. Thank you for the amazing stay, will come again!

Great quiet accommodation, well equipped and well located, very nice room for the price and the included breakfast is amazing. Very friendly family, housekeeping on request, unlimited water provided and free access to washing machines. In the top !Good restaurant also.
