The place is very comfortable, unfortunately the internet isn't connected so the TV doesn't work. The handrail going up to the villa is not safe, not recommended for the elderly.

It's really fun, guys... you can enjoy the sea view from the room and balcony on the top floor. If you want to go to the beach, you just have to walk in less than 5 minutes, it won't disappoint

The villa is very comfortable and clean, the location is on a hill near the Ngandong beach mosque so the parking area is spacious along with the Ngandong beach parking lot, the building and furniture are as good as new, the view from the balcony is also beautiful especially at sunset and sunrise, equipped with AC, WiFi, smart TV, stove, refrigerator, dispenser, eating/drinking utensils, dishwasher, hot shower, towels and toiletries are provided too, can add an extra bed, breakfast included, if you want to buy food and drink it's also easy underneath there is a Waru Doyong food stall which is open until evening and the menu is delicious, from Indomie to seafood, you can also have it delivered to your room, the service is top notch. The downside is that the water in the bathroom in the west room smells really bad. A lot of sulfur has been removed but it still smells, the room smells really bad, apart from that, access from the parking lot is via quite steep stairs, not suitable for the elderly, but overall I'm satisfied with the coolness of the villa.
