In fact, the hotel and the owner are friendly, but it turns out that the average person complains because the receptionist is not friendly. It's really not friendly, aka really rude. There have been lots of complaints since 3 years ago but how come the SM owner hasn't replaced his employees. Almost all of them are rude, impolite. I feel like the salary is like working at Pertamina

The necklace + ring were lost when I was staying here, at night I went back to the receptionist who was a cleaner, after she had finished her shift the next day, I asked again but there was no clarity, for more than a year there was no confirmation again, even though the necklace was a gift from my late grandmother, but the hotel didn't want it. responsible.

Not worth it, the AC is off at 0 C, then the soap is not complete, if you eat there are noodles, you have to book first so you can get a comfortable place, the service is not polite (guests haven't checked out yet the door is opened, it sucks)

Price: The price is different between offline booking and online booking. I booked offline for 190kroom: the room is quite spacious and clean, the bed is a queen bed, you get towels, mineral water. but didn't get any aminities. The TV uses a smart TV, the AC is cool and coolbathroom: the bathroom is clean with a shower but unfortunately there is no water heater.Overall, staying here is recommended and comfortable, the location is close to Alfamart and other shops
