It's a shame that this hotel is actually nice, nice and close to the beach. It's just a shame, the room is no longer suitable for a resort class stay. The towels are very shabby like the mats, sheets, blankets all look dirty, don't ask about the bathroom. The crust looks like it has never been cleaned. There is no place to sit, clothesline. I moved rooms but it wasn't any better. I couldn't sleep at night because the cockroaches and young cockroaches kept coming out and wandering around the bathroom, so I stood by sleeping with a baygon because the toilet door couldn't be closed either. Horror.The honest staff is very friendly and alert, the breakfast is also delicious. For management, please pay attention to cleanliness. The place is really nice, it's a shame it's not maintained well.

This is the first time I've stayed at a resort and I'm going to cry. The balcony was full of dust and dry leaves, the bathroom was super dirty with yellow crust everywhere, even the glass had splashes of water that hadn't been cleaned, the worst thing was that the towels were full of yellow and cigarette marks :(, the pillows, sheets smelled musty, and there were lots of ants, my mpasi bag was covered in ants, omg :(Please, do you guys intend to sell services? It seems like I see a lot of employees but instead they are hanging out in the corner of the park smoking.Is it important to chat rather than clean the room?The service will improve again, please. In fact, if it's clean and tidy, this resort is really good
