It's very bad, in fact I will make sure that everyone should never choose this place on their list for transit/rest when they arrive in Bengkulu.Starting from the attitude of the receptionist who is not at all friendly and polite to guests. It would be better if you didn't employ people who don't wholeheartedly want to work in a place that can employ other decent and qualified people in Bengkulu.

Overall the hotel service is good and affordable in terms of cost. but please fix the water drainage in room 304, the faucet for defecating and urinating doesn't work and the bathroom door can't be closed... Hopefully it will be better in the future OYO 1678 Jati

For room 113 according to the price.Bed sheets, towel blankets are a bit fluffy. It is recommended to bring your own bed sheets and pillowcases.The AC is only cool, not cold enough. The bathroom door and sink could not be used. The TV has no broadcast, the water heater functions well. Closets are good.Don't check out later than 12 noon because you will be charged 50 thousand, the staff doesn't tell you the check-in time. (Every hotel has different check out times, even though it's 12 o'clock in the app)

The first time I entered the room, the atmosphere was immediately stuffy. The lights weren't very bright, the bed was dull, the refrigerator was leaking, the bathroom door couldn't be locked, the TV didn't have any channels, and the pillow sheets still smelled of sweat. Wifi is not stable. I already booked on another application, but when I arrived the room wasn't available and I had to upgrade the room.The point is, it's not worth it.

The location is strategic but the place is still quite scary, the lobby is not comfortable, the rooms are just ordinary, the TV is on but not smooth like an ant screen
