Stayed here since it first opened, a safe and comfortable sharia hotel... I've stayed here 4 times and it doesn't disappoint and the management is getting better... really suitable for work

With a price of 400,- there is no water heater for making coffee, tea etc- WiFi on the 3rd floor of ZONK, the statement says there is no internet access haha ββhilarious- all rooms NO SMOKING ROOM- Just checked in but the bedsheet/bedcover wasn't replaced, it still looks like it's wrinkled, just tidied it up- the hotel address on AGODA is written in ARGAMAKMUR, please correct it- The bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom is EMPTY π, there is also a round bar of bath soap and 2 sets of toothpaste+ fast check-in process, even though the staff was confused because the order was via Agoda+ hot water in the toilet jos+ safe parking, security ππ»+ cold ACThat's all, hopefully the little things can be improved... with that price of course I would prefer another hotel in Curup βπ»

Not recommended, unfriendly service, rigid rules, usually stay at 5 star hotels, even if you get a little stain, don't get cash, just if you get stained, drink will get cash, 100 thousand, give up on staying here.

Waited for almost half an hour, I went back and forth 3 times, when I asked for the last time, I even asked what noodles, sir, even though I had already asked 3 times...Not recommended

Disappointed because of menstrual blood stains that should be cleaned by washing, you have to pay a fine or be told to wash it yourself, guests are told to wash it, I actually went to the hotel to wash it, indeed if you sleep in the room you are not allowed to be menstruating π

Comfortable, clean, for breakfast the main menu is prepared based on choice, there is white rice and fried rice (including side dishes). The TV has Android TV, so you can watch YouTube on TV.

Check out is not flexible, it has to be 12 o'clock. Even though it's Ashar time.Then be careful if the glass breaks, replacement cost is 100-150 thousand. Well, what else can you do if you come here just to bring the kids, it's better to just use plastic cups next time. The security is OK, good, but the rules are stiff

For the curve, it's great, it can compete at the top, but the price is still a bit expensive. 500-600k. Breakfast is not a buffet. Choice of food menu (nasgor/chicken rice)

About 3 months ago I came here and had a good experience from this hotel from all aspects, both cleanliness, service and neatness. Well, now that I'm sleeping again, everything has changed. Rooms were changed twice because the toilet was broken and the room wifi didn't work. And from the end of Sabang to the end of Mereuke, this hotel only needs to have a minimum order to borrow plates or bowls, which is very unfortunate. The hotel rate is considered high because the location is not in an urban area. Breakfast is also not a buffet, wow, it's really beyond my expectations. Just want to advise, improve service, understand consumer needs and don't be too commercial if that is already a hotel service, and one more thing, check all room conditions!
