Deliberately ordered an air-conditioned room, arrived at the location, got room number 2 and was helped to turn on the AC to 16° by the guard, waited from 3 pm to 5 pm, it wasn't cold, only a small breeze came out of the AC, the room felt like being in a sauna...We tried setting it at night, but it still doesn't work...Finally tried the info, was given the answer that the room 'should' have a cold AC and was advised to set the AC and restart it...We tried following the directions and it still wasn't cold, until finally a technician was called.. The technician also said that the AC compressor had a problem because the electricity wasn't strong.. hadeh.. 🙂Finally we took the initiative to ask to borrow a fan because the room was really hot, in the end we were lent a fan, but when we tried it it turned out it was broken 🤣🤣🤣We tried reporting again, and were given a smaller fan, but thank God there was at least some air in the room 😅Oh yes, one more thing, there is a TV but no signal, but this isn't a problem if the holiday is focused on tourist attractions, not watching movies...Advice for managers, in the future perhaps they can pay more attention to the AC, if the AC is damaged, immediately provide a fan that supports it, not one that is damaged or too small...The bathroom is really clean and spacious...The staff is also friendly "...Oh yes and it turns out the AC problem is not only in our room but in room number 1 too, I was so curious and asked the neighbors...
