One week stay here 29 September 2024-4 October 2024Friendly, fast, patient service.New buildingThe restaurant is very cozySpacious swimming poolThere is a small playgroundThere is a GYM unfortunately it can't be used yet!!Hopefully GYM will be launched soon!Over all okay!Disadvantages: I ordered superior at TRAVELOKA, it's still available. When the location was FULL. In the end I complained but they responded quickly.

Plus: very strategic location, opposite there is a place to eat, Indomaret is also a place for Muslim reflection, near the beach, close to everywhere.My room is okay. There is a pretty good swimming pool at the back. Complete with a rinse aid station next to it. During the day it's quiet, there's a canopy so it's not hot, it's fun to play with the kids. Good serviceMinus: the breakfast menu at the hotel is not good, the taste is also lacking. The bathroom water is brown, maybe the tedmon needs to be cleaned. When you check out, there are brown coffee stains which, to be honest, if you rub it a little under running water, it will disappear, it's a problem, you'll be charged 50 thousand.

Had the opportunity to attend the provincial government coordination meeting, in the Merapi ballroom. The meeting room is very representative. Ample parking. Not bad for a mid-range hotel. strategic location with the tourist center of Bengkulu

After 2 years ago... the comfort of the room started to decline. The drain flow in the bathroom is not smooth/puddled, so it makes you dizzy. The AC is not cold enough. TV channels are very limited.The food is pretty good. The fried vermicelli noodles are delicious. The meat sauce is also delicious. The iced drink is delicious too.The hall, especially the old one, needs to be upgraded. Infocus next door doesn't work. The speakers also sometimes turn off

The experience of staying at the Wilo Hotel was truly impressive, a hotel with a strategic location, affordable rates, equipped with swimming pool facilities which is sure to be an idol for children.The rooms and facilities are quite complete and comfortable, everything functions well and normally.The breakfast menu is quite delicious and variedThe check-in and check-out service is very good, but perhaps what needs improvement is the speed of ready rooms. We took 6 rooms, apparently 2 rooms were not ready and were still in the process of being prepared.The restaurant should also be expanded or moved to another location, because the current location has very limited seats and is in the hotel lobby area.It seems like the construction is still in progress, because when we checked in we saw that the workers were still doing construction work so the sound of the grinder and other workman's tools was quite disturbing.Overall this hotel is quite worth it and recommended.

Comfortable new hotel, spacious rooms, 100 marks for cleanliness, every day it is always kept clean from the lobby to the room hallway. The staff are all friendly.Close access to the beach and to town. There is a delicious Indomaret and Soto Padang opposite the hotel.Breakfast is very complete for the star class of the hotel and tastes delicious. Highly recommended👍

Can't sleep because the AC isn't cold. Doesn't match what the receptionist said. On the first complaint there was no response. The second complaint has no solution.

The hotel is good, according to the budget. Not spooky either. The bathroom is okay, the hot water is on. Cleanliness okay. Clean mattress. Distance to places to eat like Bim etc. is close.Disadvantages: NOISY, the rooms are not soundproof. I don't know if it's because there is a connecting door or the outer door is not soundproof. One day staying here I couldn't rest at all because next to the room there was a small child crying until dawn and I HEARD IT VERY CLEAR. And in the corridor area you can also clearly hear people passing by and guests talking and shouting. Thank you, hopefully this can help improve the quality.
