One week business trip in Ciamis. Stayed at this hotel because I saw Google reviews. When I came to check in I was shocked because I got a room on the 3rd floor and had to go up the stairs. Just imagine what a week would be like going up and down the stairs every day like this? Suitable for young people whose knees are still okay. Not suitable for a decrepit teenager like me hahaThe hotel looks artistic with full wooden ornaments. As for the restaurant, it's just standard. Every day I eat fried rice, crackers, fried eggs, fried chickenThe service is very friendly... really Jos. Especially the receptionist at the front who is very friendly and helpful when there are complaints from customers (keep this receptionist, don't let other hotels hijack you)The cleaning service guys are also very kind and friendly. Masha Allah, my suitcase, which weighs so much, was helped to lift it to the 3rd floor.Jos really, employees should get this bonus.The only thing I love is:1. There is no elevator, you have to go up the stairs. This is very... Very uncomfortable2. The restaurant menu never changes (maybe you have a low budget), even though you can get around it by using lunch boxes and traditional foodWhat's cool about this hotel1. The ornaments are full of wood so they have a vintage impression but you have to fix the ornaments on the 2nd floor so they don't look scary across the guest table2. Super friendly employee service, both OB, receptionist and accounting department (teeh2 in hijabs who help with payments)
