Good room, good view, good breakfast, complete equipment in the room. We got a Phu View 2 room next to the river. It was beautiful and the weather was really nice. There were 3 of us, my girlfriend and my mother.Just stuck. The towels smell (or because it rains often). Used once and smell bad, cannot be used again. I recommend that you try washing it with Chaichu vinegar. The bad smell will go away. Most of the big schools use it to kill germs.

The house is very good, but I would like to deduct 1 star because the water is sometimes hot and then cold. It's hot, it's very hot. It's cold, it's cold. But the atmosphere is very good. It's a pity that it's already dark and it's raining. We can only stay for one night. We haven't seen the fog yet, but the house is nice and can accommodate many people.

Requested a room via Facebook - the booking procedure was simple and easy. The room/house was located right next to the lake reservoir a bit further away from the main building. What a great view in morning!Breakfast was offered at Lee Wine next door, and was very good.Staff is super friendly and helpful. I actually left my phone charger and cable behind. The staff found it, contacted me, and offered to send it back - what amazing people! :) Thank you so much!

Location for us is the most beautiful in Ban Rak Thai. See the view of the waterfront in the morning. Very beautiful, good accommodations, food available. If anyone is not familiar with Chinese food, I recommend preparing some instant noodles 😆The only issue is when we arrived. We had to check in at 2 p.m., but he said he hadn't finished cleaning up the room yet. He spoke very badly. It was really the accommodation's fault. There wasn't a single word of apology and he spoke with a loud voice. I'm tired and want to rest. I'm very angry. It's very bad. Go with your family. In front of our family Having the opportunity to train this employee would be great. Take a photo of the worst employee for me.Other people's service is good, so I give 3 stars for the service.The accommodation is good, but the service was off-putting. So it's not very good. Come relax instead of having fun. Having to endure rude employees, extremely irritated. Having traveled to many places, this person is the worst I've ever encountered. 👎🏻 I'm going to let it pass. But from the heart of a business person as well. You shouldn't leave it for too long. Thank you.

You really have to be skilled on the way to driving. There are a lot of curves. The weather is very cold. The view is really beautiful. I like it.

Location: The hotel is in busy area so it’s very noisy at night. If you’re a light sleeper I won’t recommend. They also have hotpot/Moo Kra Tha in front of rooms that allow outsider to come dine in so no privacy and it’s extremely noisy.Room: Great view but you could hear people talking from the other room. The room and bed cloth are so old, you could tell that it was renovated. We were disappointed since we paid alot (3,000 baht/night) and expected better than this.Cleanliness: It’s okay but there were ants inside the bedroom, we put our left over lunch on top of the fridge and they came in less than 5mins. There were insects inside the bathroom as well. My friend woke up with ant bits all over her ankles (she wore long pants and short socks) and it’s very swollen, she had to go to hospital for check up.Service: The lady receptionist was not helpful and looked like she was forced to do the job.Overall, we don’t like here and won’t stay here again if we have chances to come.

We stayed at Phu Room 5, a room next to the water. You can see the view of the reservoir at Ban Rak Thai all around. The location is quite good. Park the car and walk a short distance.The room can see the waterfront. The bed is comfortable. Overall comfortableThe only disadvantage is that the bathroom layout is strange. Place the toilet facing the bathroom door, which is a sliding glass door.

Stayed in Phu View Room 2, a large room with 2 single beds that can sleep 4 people. The balcony area in front of the room is wide and has a clear view. The equipment in the room includes a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, shower cream, toothbrush, and a set of tea and coffee packets. The only thing missing is no warm water.
