Location: city center, in front of a garden of a thousand lightsFacilities: there is no hot water, the AC is not cold, the out door machine is very noisyService: very unprofessional1. I booked a long time ago, didn't want to be given a deposit, but until the day it turned out the room was being sold to someone else, even though we were from out of town2. The service was unsatisfactory, many of the hotel facilities were damaged, especially the room AC, many of which were damaged, and the hotel management did not respond well.Several times we moved hotel rooms, not all of the room ACs were cold, apart from the ACs in many of the rooms which were broken, they weren't cold, some of the room TVs were also broken, especially as some of the room TV cables were broken, which could cause electrocution and could be dangerous for hotel guests who brought small children. The TV channels are also only 1 (one) channel and even then the TV channel is not a DVB-T2 Digital TV channel but it is still an Analog TV channel which is mixed even though now the government has stopped Analog TV broadcasts and changed to DVB-T2 Digital TV broadcasts.The point is that the services & facilities of the Ronggolawe Cepu Hotel are bad/ugly, it is not recommended to stay at the Ronggolawe Cepu Hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is also very poor, the bathtub in the deluxe type bathroom is not cleaned properly & there is no hot water.

I am very disappointed and very disappointed and will not stay there again, my brother and I are staying together for 1 km, because I came to Cepu to celebrate New Year, the location of the hotel is near the city park and the center of the crowd, so we decided to stay there, just right for me My hubby came to see me, to say goodbye and wanted to go back to Cirebon, even though he was just saying goodbye and chatted for a while, my sister and I were told to go out and check out the HTL, even though there was no writing on the HTL announcing Sharia, no writing, no guests, etc. , I was told to leave at dusk even though there were no buses, etc., that's it, the people who kicked out the money were not returned, it was the person's turn to check in for a short time to give it, if you can't accept other guests, put a sign on the wall or door, I hope that's your experience I think this can be useful for others. If you go to Cepu, you don't have to stay at this hotel, on New Year's Eve, I was frustrated that I couldn't travel, finally my hubby's office driver took me to HTL Fiduciary Blora, thank you for your welcome, I hope you never feel what you feel. do to me.

The hotel is clean, the AC is cold, you can get a welcome drink, towels, soap, safe parking, there is a security guard.Only the card to open the room door often has errors. Take the 225k deluxe room on the ground floor. In front of the hotel at night there is a garden of a thousand lights.

Stayed at the Ronggolawe Hotel for 5 nights, even though it was just for a night's rest, the location is strategic in front of the park, close to places to eat, but the unfortunate thing is that the hotel is poorly maintained, the AC is noisy, the TV broadcast only has 2 channels, especially In the bathroom there needs to be a lot of repair, the rest is okay if it's just for resting.Thank you Ronggolawe Hotel 👍
