The water is dirty, I've drained it but what comes out is dirty.When I first checked in the floor was still dirty, the staff didn't want to sweep it

Every year I definitely stay here every holiday. Nothing has changed here except the prices have gone up, maybe... if I may suggest, because we always stay in the VIP/most expensive rooms, maybe the ceiling could be repaired so it doesn't bother the bed sheets, it's a shame it might not be a better upgrade. , Because it's been decades since the pain didn't get better and.....you know the pain very well hehhe...VIPs can also be given toiletries or towels. Oh yes, the windows are really dirty... they've never been touched like that. This is just my input... Because we are still staying at this hotel.

The rooms are clean & comfortable, the service is very good with relatively affordable room rental prices, you can have breakfast or sahur, especially before breaking the fast, all hotel guests get mixed iced drinks, the hotel location is on the side of the road so it's very easy to find the name of the hotel. .Anyway, the National Hotel in Cepu is great!!

Throw pillows, blankets, TV on, fast WiFi, cold AC, clean rooms, running water, beautiful feeling at home, free coffee and tea made by yourself, food delivered to the front of the room, clean laundry done one day, safe parking, friendly staff, close to the mosque & places to eat, really recommend it 😁
