Don't book online. I booked online yesterday and it turned out the hotel was no longer cooperating with the online booking apk and couldn't get a refund. I lost the money.

Room price 400k. The TV is off, the bathroom smells dirty, the toilet can't be used, there's no hot water, the water supply is small. That price doesn't come with towels, no toiletries. Really sorry...please if the price is that much the service should be okay 😠this is a minus...don't give up on coming here

For a little service correction, I ordered food well in advance for 35 participants, but when we arrived it seemed like they were still surprised and surprised that we had 35 participants even though we had already paid the deposit. As a result, when we were there they were still preparing the tables, food, drinks, ice, tea, etc. Not ready yet.Overall the food was delicious, but for the 35 participants we were only given a little food so it wasn't enough. You only get a bowl of ice, nothing more. For the tofu vegetables, the last participant only got the sauce, and even then there were only 2 jars of vegetable soup left.The location is very strategic because it is right on Klayar beach so it's close, but if you don't want to walk there will be a motorbike taxi ready to take you to the beach. Motorbike taxi costs 5000/person

ordered lots of rooms, all the electricity was low voltage, the AC wasn't cold, the TV couldn't be changed channels, at curfew there was even chainsaw activity...
