First time to Pacitan.The location is strategic, close to the city and the beach. For very comfortable rooms there are TV, wifi, blankets, towels, shampoo soap, smooth hot and cold shower water, mineral water, tea coffee sugar water heater.Friendly price 300 thousand for extra bed 50 thousand.The guards are friendly.Get breakfast and hot tea.Highly recommended for those traveling to Pacitan.

The place is strategic, easy to access by car, but it's a little bit into an alley, I was confused looking for it, because the pin on Google Maps was wrong, it didn't fit, but I've corrected it.There needs to be a large plank on the side of the road so that it is easy to find.Near minimarkets and culinary stalls.Ample parking, friendly guards, clean rooms, full AC, warm water, cable TV, wifi, welcome drink, electric stove, sugar, coffee, tea, breakfast with delicious grilled chicken rice, morning tea.

The homestay is very comfortable, clean, the rooms are spacious, the AC is cold, the parking area is spacious, the owner of the homestay is very kind and friendly, there is a kettle for boiling water, you can have breakfast neatly wrapped, very close to Mr SBY's childhood home
