The room is quite clean, the bed is delicious! The staff is friendly, but there are some who don't listen to customer complaints. some other minuses:1. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, so if you shower the water goes everywhere (fyuh)2. Met several baby cockroaches 🥲3. The TV can only watch news and ANTV (it's not a problem, you rarely watch TV these days)4. This is the most important thing, in the room there is a very loud buzzing sound 😣 like the sound of a generator/truck passing by, do you understand that? Not from the AC or exhaust, it's really buzzing, not from outside either because it's not buzzing outside. I've moved rooms from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor but it's still the same. The buzzing on the 1st floor is worse. Unfortunately, every time I complained about this to the officers, no one responded seriously. Even though this is VERY DISTURBING🥹👌🏻 I'll give you the video, I hope you can imagine what the buzzing is like, it's really not from the AC because in video 1 the AC and exhaust are dead
