Didn't stay overnight. Because children don't like the atmosphere of the hotel. the price is Rp. 200,000 per night. Because we had read that many people complained about ordering via the application, we decided to look directly at the place. Does not provide breakfast.

Please Oyo refund my 50k payment... I ordered via the application, but when I arrived at the accommodation, they didn't cooperate with Oyo anymore and had to pay 200k for the accommodation.

I booked a room using the Agoda application 1 month before, when I arrived at the hotel location it turned out that the hotel admitted that it was no longer cooperating with the applications due to price discrepancies but without any termination of the contract with the applications or notification to customers who made reservations via the application. And there were several customers experiencing something similar at the same time as my arrival.The hotel admits that they have often received the same complaints since December 2022. There is no clarity from the hotel, the money has been debited, and there is no solution. Refunds also cannot be given by the hotel because the money from Agoda has not been received. Just provide a written statement that you cannot stay overnight. And strangely, it even invites customers to complain about these applications.Hopefully in the future you will be wiser and better at removing yourself from applications. Indirectly, the hotel is promoted through the application but does not want to accommodate the application conditions.This is the first time I have had an experience like this, especially when there was an event in Balige.*event f1h20
