One of the best hotels here in Pai. This is our third hotel here and it is perfect. A huge and really beautiful room, from all rooms you can see the river and the complex of the hotel is stunning, and a bomb location! The price is really cheap relative to the value - 900 baht per night if you close in front of them.

Large comfortable room at a fair price. Comfortable bed. Love the day bed in the room. Large balcony with built in seating. The grounds are excellent and there are 2 pagodas with hammocks.Around the corner from all the action so very convenient location. One of the clubs was a bit noisy but the music stopped at midnight.The only drawbacks were the very slippery timber floor in the room and a bit more water pressure in the shower would have been welcome.

The hotel is beautifully situated on the river and has a perfect location for Walking Street. BUT: the hostel in the immediate vicinity plays loud music from morning until around 2 a.m. So if you're hoping for a quiet night, you've unfortunately come to the wrong place.It's a shame because all other parameters of the hotel are great. Very nice and spacious rooms, open shower, lots of wood…Value for money would also be great, as there is a delicious breakfast included.

My wife and I stayed at the Paiviman resort for 3 nights. We stayed in room 202.The resort grounds are quite scenic with nicely manicured lawns with pavilions with hammocks for relaxing. The grounds are also right next to the river, so you get a nice river view.The resort is just a few minutes walk from Walking Street where many of the nighttime street vendors, bars and restaurants and the bus station are located. There are also several bars and restaurants located on the same road as the resort.There are two types of rooms to rent, the more traditional Thai style raised houses with a single bedroom and bathroom and larger rent (yurt) style rooms for sleeping 4 (so we were told). My wife and I stayed in the single bedroom traditional rooms.The room facilities are adequate but fairly basic.The room has a very large bed, mattress was a little hard, but that's a personal preference thing.Shower water pressure is a little on the low side but still useable. Toilet and sink were fine. Aircon ran fine and was quiet.My main two complaints are:Minor complaint that the TV only has 7 or 8 channels and all are local Thai channels. So unless you speak Thai, the TV is not much use.My other complaint, which I must stress is not the fault of the resort, is that it is extremely noisy at night. As mentioned, there are several bars that play music near the resort and also a large backpacker hostel located right behind the room we stayed in, that seems to hold a party, rave or concert each night. For the 3 nights we stayed there there was non-stop, obnoxiously loud music coming we think from the backpacker hostel until 2am each morning which made it almost impossible to fall to sleep 😡. If you are the type of tourist that goes to Pai to stay out late partying, getting drunk or stoned until the small hours. This won't bother you. But if like my wife and I we were in Pai for the sightseeing and wanted a good night's sleep after a busy day, this is probably not the location for you.

We got a double deluxe room (I think), two king beds separated by a curtain. The bathroom entry is tiny, almost everyone bumped into the sink each time. But the bathroom’s big and pretty cute. Having seen other places close by, not the best value for the money you’ll be paying.

The accommodation is on Pai Walking Street and next to the Pai River. The location is very good, the area is private and not near very noisy shops. At night you may hear a sound but it is very soft and does not affect sleep. Inside the resort is spacious, there is a garden for relaxing. There is limited parking. The rooms have 2 zones. The first type is a two-story house, each floor has a balcony. The interior is decorated in a Lanna style, beautiful and clean. There is another zone, a large tent that can sleep 4 people next to the water. For breakfast, we recommend Rak Boiled Pork Blood.

We had a very nice stay at Paviman Resort. The grounds and gardens are nice. There are little pavilions with hammocks, and the resort is next to the river. Our ground floor room was nice and spacious. There is some updating needed but considering the location is in a mountain town, and coming out of Covid, things should improve. I found the staff friendly and helpful. On some nights you could hear some noise from the nearby bars but only on occasion. I think that’s the case with any of the hotels right in town. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay - Great value!
