We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Toba Retreat Mansion & Villas. The villa we stayed in was simply stunning, with beautiful rooms. The garden surrounding the property was lush and serene, providing a peaceful escape. The swimming pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing dip with a view that was simply breathtaking.The staff at Toba Retreat went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Special thanks to Ardi, who made it his mission to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His attention to detail and genuine care truly made a difference.We highly recommend Toba Retreat Mansion & Villas for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

This is the most comfortable staying experience, the service is friendly, the people are humble, and the villa is quiet without any crowds, so I really want to come here, it's good, luxurious, the food is delicious, next time try the villa near the pierπππ

Honestly, this is the accommodation with the best view and ambience I have ever visited in Samosir. The atmosphere is peaceful, calm, not crowded. Super cozy. It's just that the room we stayed in (villa fjellro) smelled bad when we first entered. Our guess is that the room had not been occupied for a long time but was not cleaned regularly, so the smell remained even though it had been cleaned. However, after the officers sprayed it, the smell was gone. Then for the bathroom, it also seems like the drainage system is not good so the bathroom also smells a bit. For breakfast it's okay, it's just not varied enough and the waiter isn't quick enough to refill it. Hopefully in the future this will be an evaluation for all hotel parties. Because it's a shame that such a good view and atmosphere is ruined by things that can actually be resolved quickly. Especially about cleanliness. Thanks.
