The place is beautiful in a garden. The room was nice and well decorated. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately no wifi there. We recommend being more easily reachable at the counter to help guests & maintain more the rooftop.

The place is nice, the service is friendly, comfortable too, the only minus is that sometimes there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, but the staff is given mosquito repellent🙏🏻

😀 View of lush green trees, wake up in the morning and breathe fresh air, the owner is friendly, the staff is responsive and works hard.😢 Asked to wait first when checking in, even though we arrived at 5 pm, luckily it only took 5 minutes, many parts of the floor and walls of the boat house were starting to rot and needed renovation, you needed to bring anti-mosquito cream, there was no choice for breakfast, only fried rice, there were no tissues or mineral water, and when checking out, the owner was more concerned with avocados than helping carry guests' luggage. If you don't want to help because you are the boss, you should ask the staff to help...

This place is really for healing, wooden style like that.The air is cold, the water is cold but it's calm, there's a water heater.There is a sauna spa too.The beverages also have secang wedang if you want it warm.This is a very calm place.Lots of plugs in the room 😁The owner is friendly, the staff are all friendly.Love it!!

If you are looking for a unique accommodation experience in Balige that allows you to reconnect with nature, look no further! Situated on the outskirts of town along the main road, this lodging offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere.The room are clean and comfortable and the bathroom are equipped with hot water. Simple yet tasty breakfast also already included in the package. But what sets this accommodation apart is its dedicated staff who are always ready to assist with any needs, many thanks to Kak Imelda!Super recommended!

Still no excuses for the stolen 20% of my money. I still wait for that money, because there is no reason to keep that. Your fault, not mine. I wait already 2 weeks now.Reservation for 3 the same rooms, but when check in everything goes wrong.I show them confirmed and paid.Only 1 of the 3 rooms was left and they try to give us other rooms. Than they say no payment. Than they offer other hotel, but pay more. Than 80% of the money back.Total chaos and we accept the 80%. This was really a mess.No excuses. At one moment you want a hotel and let them be happy with the stolen 20%.Now Hotel Balige Beach. More expensive, but lake view and much nicer personal. Not unprofessional like in the Boat.

Nice experience sleeping on a wooden boat. Very happy, friendly and helpful staff and owner.Pizza, bar and normal food available from restaurant at the front.Lovely garden to wander around.Views of Toba.Can walk down the long hill to town. Or catch a local angkot minibus shuttle from in front of the hotel.
