Rooms 2013They say this is a family room type.AC is hotThe mattress is hardWorst of all, the toilet leaked, I slept all night like I was sleeping in a public bathroom... I smell like I'm peeing🫣🫣When it was conveyed to the receptionist, they even snorted x.Just check in there for this sx!!!

The room is quite spacious and clean but there are lots of large red ants coming out of the gaps in the ceramic floor of the room (Room No. 3009), and the bathroom floor/walls are poorly maintained, extra cleaning of the ceramic is needed.Shower and hot water worked well.AC works well.For receptionists who are not friendly, it seems they need to learn how to smile and be friendly to hotel guests.Don't be stiff. We stay in paid hotels, not free.The price is quite affordable.For those who want a low budget staycation, City Hotel can be added to the list. 🙏

The service is very bad, not friendly, and the facilities are also a mess, I recently found out that our hotel made dirty bed sheets or blankets and they had to pay for cleanliness, very strange, then what are we paying to stay for, hopefully there will be changes for the better👎

The best place, far away from Medan for work in Siantar! Immediately become the first place to rest.Keep it up. Rooms are clean, fragrant. Only the employees are not friendly but that's not a problem compared to Central Inn hotels. There are so many female entertainers, aka OPEN, to be honest, it's really annoying for those of us who are resting,

The room is spacious, the blankets smell good, the spring bed makes a noise when you sleep hard, water doesn't come out of the shower so you use a bucket to catch it for bathing hahaha, the sink leaks from the bottom when you use it, it's not soundproof because you can hear people's voices from outside, sleeping for one night is still safe, there is no absorption, everything has to be leveled again so that people feel comfortable staying here, there is no lift, you have to go up the stairs hahaha, recently there is no shampoo in the bathroom hahaha, the water can be hot enough to cool.
