We booked and paid for one night on Agoda. After arriving from a two hour bus ride, they insisted that they’re no longer cooperated with Agoda, and they could not refund our money, or even allow us to check in. Asked us to pay twice as much, to stay if we want. Their attitude was very awful! They weren’t solving the problems, and even creating more problems! If there is no cooperation, why don’t you removed your hotel from Agoda? Give a chance and let consumers book and pay for the room, after they arrived tell them we do not provide room for you sorry! What a joke? Terrible hotel, hope everybody don't make the same mistakes.

Breakfast service is not paid enough attention by the staff, sometimes plates are not available. Once the breakfast menu had run out without being checked by the staff so we had to report it first and then refill it. Soap in the bathroom was provided, when we handed over the key to be cleaned, it turned out that the soap was not there and had not been replaced with a new one.

Stayed here when I went to Siborong2.. opposite the hospital.. the one who cleaned the room gave me a thumbs up.. very clean.. left the hotel room when it was a mess when I came home, really neat.. the receptionist was friendly too..
