I'm sorry to give bad reviews, but there were several unpleasant incidents. I had arranged with the owner to pick me up at the airport, but he forgot and didn't answer the phone when I tried to reach him. For two days I had difficulty with the shower water not coming out and I had to wait 30 minutes to get it after asking several times. The sheets and towel were stained. The tap was not clean and water remained on the surface. The shower hook was broken. My room looked directly onto the street so I could hear noises coming from outside. Uncomfortable mattress (sinking). The biggest problem wasn't even all this, but the fact that the owner (who was not physically there and I spoke to him via WhatsApp or telephone) kept insisting that I hadn't paid for the night, which has already happened via credit card booking; Even though I showed him the payment receipt, he continued to insist that I had to pay and that he only had these problems with me, even making me look like someone who doesn't pay. I told him to speak to booking assistance because the problem was his, but he didn't listen to reason and continued to demand the money. So I called the customer support (very kind) who sent them both the email of my payment and the method to credit the money, all they had to do was enter the data of their virtual card. However they were unable to do so and I resolved this by asking customer support to forward the cancellation of the payment so I could give them cash. Meanwhile the boy at the reception was very arrogant as he made fun of me about the situation and when I went to the room to get the money for the payment he informed the owner that I hadn't paid yet.
