The place is just perfect. Best place to stay in Pai to relax and enjoy the billiards, ping pong and swimming pool which is a big asset.Nothing to say in terms of value for money.It's super hot in the non-air-conditioned rooms even when it's raining, but that's just a small detail.Joey is very cool, there when we need him.We will come back !

Great value for money if you are backpacking on a budget. Travelling as a couple we had a private room with fan, there is a fridge in the hall, little patio and hot water in the shower. It’s a 10 minute walk to the start of walking street in a very peaceful area. We loved having the table tennis, pool table and swimming pool. The owner was very friendly and we would stay again!It can be noisy as the walls are super thin, more of an fyi as this doesn’t bother us.

I chose this place to be quiet but if you have the shed right next to the billiards table it's hell until 11:30 p.m.! They should ban it long before! While the swimming pool closes at 7 p.m....hell

Walking distance from Pai with restaurants and a market on the way. Has a hostel also. Big room and bed for sleeping plus covered porch area with table for eating and front room with fridge and wardrobe. Quiet.

The owner, Joey, is a kind, polite, and very kind person.They clean the room and are attentive, and if you ask a question or make a request, they will gladly respond.The room is large and separated, so I was able to use it luxuriously. It's definitely the best space for us backpackers.If we come to Pai again, we would like to stay here again.Thank you Joey.

Booked a room with aircon on a booking site. Arrived to find the room didn't have aircon. Stayed one night to see if it was OK but it wasn't. Hotel refused to refund second night.

it is very apparent I had book the wrong time
because of the app. (I book the room at 23:55 march 20th and book march 20th.) it wouldn't refund or let me change the time.

It's honestly perfect, just far enough from the city, but not too much. Kind and helpful staff. The room is simply perfect. And there is a pool table, ping pong and swimming pool 😍

A really old hostel far away and a bit from the main street. We closed a room because there were no more rooms available for that night. It is suitable for those who want to sleep cheaply, less suitable for those who spend a lot of time in the room. There was a power cut in the morning, so I could not shower with hot water either
