If you are getting in late or have an early flight, this place is in a convenient location. If you don't have a lot of luggage you can walk there. The location on Google Maps will take you to the office. The actual rooms are in a residential area. It is a short walk. If you're here to volunteer with Soi Dog, the bus stop is a 15-minute walk. There is a 7-11 and a few shops around. Overall, it is a quiet area. The only noise is from the planes. If you're looking for a SIMPLE place to rest, this place is it. I enjoyed my stay and the lady and her son (I think) were very lovely. I'm a solo traveler so they would check on me to make sure I ate and if I needed anything. They helped me find a taxi to Patong and stayed with me until I was picked up.

No water in the bathroom till our check out time. Rooms were in back alley and pretty dark roads. Wouldn't suggest to stay if you arrive late at night and looking for overnight stay. Just check for water supply in bathroom before you pay.

Pathetic experience with the staff, could not find the location of the hotel and the hotel staff kept on blaming google maps. Did not take any responsibility and was rude to kept on blaming other factors.. Never recommend to anyone

Couldn’t stay here as we couldn’t find the place. Called the front desk and the lady wasn’t very helpful on where and how to find it. After 30 minutes on the phone standing on the side of the road she then informed us that the Google maps location is wrong. She couldn’t explain how to get there or where it was. We booked in at another hotel with no refund.
