Mansuar Raja Ampat Bungalows was one of the best homestays we experienced during our three-week stay in Raja Ampat. The bungalows are beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. The bed was the most comfortable one we found throughout our trip. The food was amazing, but what truly made the stay unforgettable were the hosts, Mima and Ringo. They were incredibly friendly, fun, and welcoming, adding something special to our experience. They also speak perfect English. We went on a trip with them, a visit to Piyanemo and snorkeling at Rufas Island, which was breathtaking. The Yenbuba Jetty is just a 15-minute walk away and is also a fantastic spot. The house reef is wonderful, and they’re planning to build a longer jetty for easier access during low tide.We only wish we could have stayed longer—this place was truly special.

We booked here for a week but extended to 10 days (would have done longer but they were fully booked). It is a lovey home stay in a beautiful location in the heart of some of the world’s best diving. What sets this place apart though is the hosts. Mima and Ringa are kind welcoming and fun to be around. They truly make you feel at home. And Ringa will play an acoustic set if you ask nicely and give you a good game of schotten totten. There are 4 intimate bungalows with group meals so you get to meet new friends. Keep in mind this is a homestay on a small rural island with no utilities. Wifi and electricity go on at 6 pm (which actually turned out to be a plus).Only things I think could be improved upon in the future (and this would be true of all the homestays there) is environmental impact. Diesel generator for power, not good options for trash.

Amazing homestay in a private corner of paradise. Still very well located near kri island and amazing reefs closeby.Personnel was extraordinarily friendly. Food was delicious (except perhaps breakfast which was average).Clean toilet and shower, hard to find in raja ampat! I would recommend every one to go here.

4.5 stars. Very nice little place, newly re-launched by some younger Indonesian friends. Facilities are newly renovated and the bungalows are really lovely. The east facing porch means you can actually enjoy your traditional and overwater hammocks all day. Bed was very comfortable. Yes, shared bathrooms, but they are well designed with 2 shower and 2 toilet stalls and a wood boardwalk all the way between bungalows and bathrooms (so no walking in dirt). Lots of pups and cats around.Room for improvement in boat transfers and food. I tried to dive with soul scuba across on kri island every day, but both sides struggled with consistent and reliable transfers, made more challenging by the extreme low tides impeding boat access near the bungalows. If you are here for exploring yenbuba and going on snorkeling day trips, this is a great spot. The food was fine, but could be upgraded for this bungalow pricepoint. Nice to have good vegetables at lunch and dinner, but I found the protein often overcooked, not great quality or quantity, and not much variety. Would be nice to have some fruit and nuts/crackers tea available in the afternoon too. And pop in some makeshift skylights in the bathrooms to get natural light when the power is off during the day.

Lovely bungalows with hammocks, nightstands, overwater nets, taps at each bungalow to wash off sand and salt, nice and varied food and last but not least, charming and caring hosts. …

This is THE place to stay in Raja Ampat. We’ve loved our 10 days there. The facilities are brand new so everything is super clean, beautiful and comfortable. The bungalows are located in a super private place on the island but from there you can still easily access Kri (10mins in boat) and the village bear Yenbuba Jetty by foot in 10-15 mins (best snorkeling ever) The hosts are absolutely fabulous and they are there for any needs : activity organization, boat lifts to Kri or elsewhere. Ringgo is one of them and he has been with us everyday playing cards, telling us about indonesia and from time to time signing beautiful songs with is guitar.Nonetheless the food was delicious and diverse (meat, fish, tofu, tempeh, many veggies)I will be back ✨
