Booked for one night on booking.com. When I got there, I was informed that the room had been double booked - the couple that was in the room already had been told they could extend their stay. I agreed to move hotels, if they would put me somewhere as nice, in a similar location. They tried to move me somewhere significantly cheaper. In the end I just asked for a refund and had to book accommodation myself. Really poorly handled by the staff - we had to talk to the manager over the phone, she wasn't even there! Would absolutely not recommend - what was already an awkward situation was made worse by the staff being entirely unhelpful. The couple who were already in the room ended up helping me find somewhere more than the staff did.

The bungalows are really very nice and clean too. Unfortunately, when we checked in, only the key was handed over to us without comment. Nobody showed us where our bungalow was or when and where breakfast was. The breakfast was very good one day, totally burnt the other day. After a discussion, I got my food replaced. You have to pay for drinks for breakfast yourself. It would be ok if she hadn't brought us the wrong drink. When we complained it wasn't even replaced and we still had to pay for it. The service is terribly bad. We wouldn't come back. Especially since it was comparatively very expensive.

Reading the previous reviews, I thought I had the wrong hotel, but no, and I will explain to you honestly why my experience was so negative.The hotel is located on a narrow one-way street. 2 parking spaces available to park your car or park your car. The check-in reception is very poorly signposted and the 2 people saw us park, go from right to left without asking any questions. 300 baht deposit for the key.Accommodation in a basic room, very hard mattress with strapping, poorly cleaned bathroom (hair and hair). Our room is immediately located against a bar which hosts live music groups. At first, it's barely bearable but after 10:30 p.m., it's unbearable, the feeling of having the musicians in your room. Music ends at 00.30 with completely drunk people screaming...So after having had a wonderful night, check out the breakfast sheet on which you only have the right to tick one box....for only one possible choice. Everything else costs money, coffee, tea, fruit juice. So for 2030 Baths this hotel is a real scam. Being in the PAI center for convenience should not make you accept everything. Of the 12 hotels we stayed in for our road trip, this is really the worst, and it's even the worst in 40 years of traveling. I do not recommend this "hotel". Offers at this rate are available elsewhere on PAI. Damage.

Enjoyed this hotel, very friendly staff, we loved the little private patio and the beds were firm but comfortable. Extremely close to walking street which was amazing for us, but it you want something quiet at night, i wouldn’t exactly recommend this, personally i loved hearing the live music playing nearby!

It's been my favorite accommodation since the Farmhouse days, but I don't want to go anymore. The breakfast is terrible and the manager is the worst. I don't know if he's being racist or just acting on his mood, but the service is really bad.

Rooms were like a hostel, and the cash price was about 35% higher than booking online. The coffee was great but I will never stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

There are almost no bugs in the large twin bed room on the 2nd floor (there aren't that many in the king bed room on the 1st floor either! However, you have to be careful if you want to eat inside the accommodation because there are ants!) It is a newly opened, very clean and beautiful place. The bed is really comfortable and the room smells great!! The staff are also very friendly. If you are sensitive to the sound of music, we recommend requesting an end room assignment (number 9 for the first floor)!!!

Good location and clean. They do not clean the inside of the room, but leave towels, tissues, and water in front of the door. The sound from the nearby reggae bar is quite loud at night.
