Bad service, especially the receptionist who didn't respond quickly. I left my items in the room but didn't immediately inform the guest, even though they should have checked at check out time... won't stay there again... slow response

Stayed only one night, very close to the main square, very friendly service, very good lighting, no corners that looked dark, clean room, available with a heating kettle and equipped with a 40 inch TV, enough toiletries, enough breakfast menu with taste the food is just right for my taste, but the number of rooms with car parking facilities is still insufficient but it is helped by the location being on a road that is not too busy with vehicle traffic so you can still park on the shoulder of the road with security officers on standby

Strategic location in the middle of the city, clean rooms, cold AC, smooth hot and cold shower, unfortunately parking space is inadequate, stayed 3 nights, breakfast menu lacked variety like home cooking.

Want to review the hotel restaurant:Actually, the restaurant is OK, it could be an alternative to eating/together with the family VS other restaurants outside, because the Kenari Hotel Restaurant also accepts GENERAL guests (Good), not necessarily overnight customers.But this 2024 Chinese New Year evening, it was very unfortunate, because in the position where many tables were open to the PUBLIC (IMLEK Celebration), the Big Screen which was originally showing Chinese New Year songs, suddenly changed to serving 1 family/table which suddenly performed Karaoke with Rohani (Christian) songs. Even though previously the Chinese New Year songs were correct...Sorry, I think it's very unethical!If it's CHRISTMAS EVE, PLEASE use Christian songs, that's EXACTLY...I support it.But this is the Chinese New Year celebration! not just 1 religion (even Chinese New Year, there are even more Buddhist & Confucian families)Hopefully next time the restaurant will be wiser, even if one family is your VIP/owner's family (if you want Karaoke for one table/group, rent a Karaoke Room),not in a PUBLIC Restaurant but just for your benefit and to force guests to listen to your songs (and sorry, not all of your singing voices are good).Come on, the restaurant needs to improve more for the sake of your professionalism & good nameI know that the Kenari Hotel is also quite well known (it has a name) in Kudus City

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to everywhere (main square, Jenang museum, kretek museum, Susu Muria, culinary delights, etc.).Even though it was high session, it wasn't too crowded.The parking lot is well arranged, there are officers who are always making arrangements.There is a good person who washes the guests' cars every morning. We can give you money as much as you like.For some reason, I stayed several times in hotels in Central Java, when I had breakfast I was waited on by the staff, I watched them when I took my food. I don't know what the SOP is from the management so that the officers are like that.My good thoughts, maybe they are on standby ready to help or serve, but their body movements seem to be closely monitoring everything the guest takes.Overall the hotel is OK, I will return to this hotel if I have the opportunity to visit Kudus.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The strategic position has added value for this hotel. Standard hotel size with balcony. The hotel concept may not be optimal, but if it continues to operate consistently it will have added value.It's just that the hot water takes a while to come out. And the parking area arrangements are somewhat lacking due to the narrow parking area and drop off route. If you want peace, don't stay on the ground floor... because it will be disturbed by the sound of cars parking or leaving and the sound of people chatting in the lobby or parking area.Then if you book room 106, the lobby view faces the machine room...But anyway thank you Kenari Asri Hotel.
