MAYBE YOU'RE HAPPY NOW AND ENJOYING ILLEGAL MONEY FROM PROCESSING PEOPLE. BUT YOU'LL SEE IN THE FUTURE.SO HAVE HAPPY FIRST WHILE YOU ARE STILL LIVING IN SIBOLGA/IN THE WORLD.

Very disappointed. As soon as the room's AC leaked, it flooded the room. And the measuring tool/dipper was also leaking 😭 that's it, when we had already paid 366 thousand via the app, we were told to check out and leave the room because we weren't allowed to bring a partner. Even though when I first called the helper there, no one informed me that unmarried people were not allowed to book a room. Just imagine, we have already paid 366 thousand and we were told to leave 🀣 who are you? That's all I asked for a solution, he said I had to rent another room. That is not a solution but rather helps them to increase the tips of the respected workers at ROME RESIDENCE. #if it's not fully booked and because it's a holiday, I won't choose the room that is said to be the most luxurious in the world

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The environment is calm. I ordered a deluxe room, it was complete with wifi, TV, blankets, slippers, toiletries and bottled drinking water. However there is no hot water. If I'm not mistaken, standard AC and superior rooms don't have blankets. The FO officer at that time was very helpful.
