Unfortunately, I had booked a cabin here for my family, but had to cancel it due to urgent needs. However, you cannot refund, you can only reschedule. This is also provided within 30 days after the first booking date. So it had to be forfeited because there were no empty schedules within those 30 days. Indeed, the conditions make potential customers reluctant to come, let alone recommend staying here.

The officers had no ethics, the cabin we were renting actually sprayed the area of the cabin we were renting. Smelly bathroom

It's really bad, the service is bad, the restaurant is bad, the rice is hard, etc

There's only 1 plug in the room, the wifi is dead so the TV can't be used at all, the bathroom has little water, the room isn't clean, the service is slow, there's not enough lighting around the room so it's very dark, LOTS OF MOSQUITOES, the bathroom water is stagnant. The sandy field near the beach has lots of broken glass even though there are lots of small children playing in the sand. Is it really bad that the field facilities are also paid?!!

For room cleanliness, please improve it. There are still lots of hairs in the room. Regarding the tissue, it had not been refilled when the cigarette and towel had stains. Clean white linen is over all good. For breakfast, it doesn't feel right if the food is delivered to the room using wrapping. The view is nice and beautiful so the tiredness disappears
