We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful villa and wished we could have stayed way longer. The infinity pool is huge and has unbelievable nice jungle views. The pool is very clean and easy accessible. A separate part of the pool is not deep and nice to play with little kids. The villa has 2 big bedrooms, and we loved the outside bathtub in one of the bedrooms. So nice to have a bath under the stars. The other bedroom has a shower inside and also a shower outside. So luxurious to have all these bathroom options. The living room is big and has lovely high ceilings. We loved the interior design of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge and water machine.Putu welcomed us at the check in and he is so kind and helpful with all our wishes. Every day they clean the villa. I loved the location just outside the busy Ubud center but still easy to access via Grab, Gojek, taxi and scooter. The villa is easy reachable by road and it’s tucked away in a quiet street. There is a really nice breakfast restaurant on short scooter distance called Section 9 for Breakfast. The second night we ordered food via Gojek and it was simple to arrange. This villa has such a nice vibe, and it was luxurious having our own villa and private pool. The accommodation was exactly as descripted on Airbnb. We sincerely recommend staying in this villa!

The villa corresponds every time to the pictures! Great service and support from Putu and his team. We got 2 scooters organized through him and he was always available to us directly via WhatsApp. The villa does need a repairman here and there (only one of probably 5 lamps in the pool works, a light is broken here and a screw there that needs to be tightened) but all in all it's really nice accommodation! However, it is also worth mentioning that the school/kindergarten is at the back of the house. During the week you have to expect children screaming. But it's absolutely within limits if you don't plan on just lying by the pool all day. You can also hear the temple and its music in the evening. But we didn't find it annoying. In the rooms themselves, it was very quiet at night and you could sleep relaxed.

Villa is well designed with modern and functional furnitures. It looks as on pictures. Why only 2 stars?Although in front of a "jungle", there are several villas in the row. If your neighbors are noisy - you will hear it very well.In the surroundings trashes are burned. So every single morning, when you open doors to feel like in the jungle, you smell burned plastic. Finally, during our stay we had two times issue with the pool. It turn green then brown, due to bacteria and algea. Each time it blocks usage of the pool for minimum 2 days, if you are motivated / despered. Superhost Bali proposed us, as a compansation, a breakfast! As we have read other opinions, also about the breakfast, we haven't accepted and finnaly got nothing. For this price, such approach and service are simply innaceptable.

Four of us were there for several days to have a great time together. The rooms and the villa are visually quite nice. However, it looks as if this facility was just completely renovated and not newly built. We arrived around 5pm on the first day after a long journey and wanted to spend the evening relaxing in the pool with a drink. However, the pool was closed this evening because cleaning powder had just been thrown in. This begs the question: Why hasn't this been done before???Afterwards we ordered a few drinks from the β€œbutler” (every trainee in a hotel is better trained; management mistake?). We didn't get these drinks the entire stay! Incredibly unprofessional. The breakfast the next morning was really expensive by Indonesian standards, but also incredibly bad. We wanted to have breakfast at 10 a.m., but at 8 a.m. the "butler" arrived and said that everything was prepared. We were still in bed then.I don't even want to talk about other problems during the stay (butler rarely/hardly available; unable to organize a cake, which is really easy with Grab; construction noise; lack of hot water on the first evening, etc.). Booking received a complete protocol with photos/videos.Unfortunately, on the last day we lost a piece of clothing, which we noticed straight away. In every other accommodation or even massage studio, we have had the experience of being contacted briefly to say that we had forgotten something. Unfortunately, this never happened. Apparently nobody found anything. Only socks from someone who had stayed there before us were found. So on the whole: The villa is nice, but the service from the staff and management is absolutely unprofessional and definitely not recommended. For the money there are many other great villas/resorts in Bali with a higher standard of service
