Pros:+ Area 4x5m+ There is hot water+ Internet so far ok: 5 MB/s rarely goes out (around 1 month once)+ There is a cute white doggy+ beside there are 2 Indomie stalls etc+ There is a delivery grab (there is Gojek but it's even rarer)= Can't get into big cars, but 10m away there is a parking lotcons:- Quite quickly gets dusty and has spider webs- Far from Indomaret Alfamart and laundry, closest 2-3km- Noisy from morning to almost midnight because of the village road or barking dogs- It's damp, so be careful that things get moldy quickly

Really enjoy my time living here for few months. The ambience is homey with a touch of nature, the space is big (the room, the nature surroundings, and the garage fit for few cars & motorcycles), the air circulation is nice, the view is five star - especially during sunset, and the owner is nice.It's a hidden gem in Kedewatan, with full facility: indoor bathroom, private kitchen, AC, hot water, wifi, and they have their own laundry services. However it's near the main road so we can hear few vehicles sounds. Thus, it's a very recommended place for a long stay!

This place is hidden gem in Kedewatan, Ubud. One big building with only 4 rooms but very cozy and peaceful. The owner is very humble and helpful. The parking lot is big and their white dog is cute.
