It had an amazing view, and the staff was very helpful and nice. Especially Andi was very nice all the time and he needs a promotion for what he is doing there. I recommend this place to those who love peaceful and quiet places. I will suggest more details for the room.

HiIt was a bad experience whit this resort-the staff not professional al all.-they washed my clothes and return to me with spots and I asked them again to washed it the final result the spots didn’t go.- and the sink it was free dirty.-the room it has bad smell.- and the curtain torn.- And that look of stairsI think you you have to save your money either than spend it in that resort.

-Villa was beautiful, everything was clean and precise.-The view and vibe was also beautiful.Just things to note.-There are A LOT of stairs. Leading to the villa and to the pool.Staff will help carry your luggage but just be prepared. Don’t leave anything in the car & make sure you bring all your supplies to save you walking back up.-The bathroom didn’t have a mat, it became really slippery so I had to use a hand towel.-The soap and shampoo was oddly placed far from the shower as there was no section to place it.Assure the bathroom door is closed so the bugs don’t keep coming into the room.-The main lamp plug broke off, that was a bad OH&S situation. Especially w a baby.-Did not realise the fridge wasn’t plugged until a while later when I went to get something I put into the fridge, out. It was warm.-Our TV wasn’t working, I tried to trouble shoot as much I could. There was no phone in the rooom for me to contact staff…………I’m not walking all the way up multiple flights of stairs 🥲🥲 Especially because I’m travelling solo w a baby.Our experience with the service..They had overbooked & didn’t have our room type. The receptionist gave attitude & pretty much said we were wrong & it was our problem. (The itinerary confirmation clearly states our room type; Villa)She contacted reservations only after we kicked up a fuss about their mistake.There was another guest that booked a room & hadn’t arrived. (I’m also from the hospitality industry) What they should’ve done was give us the room, it was 8:20pm (with a baby that was so tired) Then figured out what they were going to do with the other customer.Yes it’s not a good situation but you sort out who’s in front of you then figure out what to do with the other.Asked to speak to her manager and she handed over the phone with force.I am very understanding due to my experience in hospitality so I am not rude to staff. But to give a customer attitude and be psychically rude is so disrespectful. She was not empathetic at all regarding the situation which was very disappointing as it was not our mistake..Conclusion: They gave us a room (even though we booked a villa.) I feel bad that the other guests (couple) will now arrive with no room but when you have a baby you can’t worry about others especially when the error wasn’t our fault.

We wanted to stay in a villa that was hidden away in nature and found this place on AirBnB.We were welcomed with open arms and warmly welcomed. The property is very well maintained and still gives you a wonderful jungle feeling. The villa was clean and well maintained.The service is outstanding. The whole team and especially Ari and Andi did a great job. We were served breakfast daily and the villa was cleaned daily (if requested).Ubud is only 20-30' away by bike and you can rent it in the villa for a fair price.Thank you very much for the great time and hospitality; we'll be back 🙏🏼😊

Superb location, but far from everything. The rooms are large, but in light condition, but continue to deteriorate. In general, the minuses far outweigh the pluses, so I don't recommend it.

Beautiful an cozy place. With friendly staff. Perfect for enjoying peace, quiet and beautiful nature.

Villa with a very calming natural feel

I came to this accommodation with 5 of my family members - we had a dream villa in the middle of nature - I don't think there is a nicer accommodation in Ubud!We were so impressed with the accommodation, the service and the staff. There's nothing to worry about, we were picked up from the airport, driven to the accommodation and given welcome drinks. We were asked what we would like to eat and breakfast was prepared for us accordingly.We were also able to have our laundry washed - so great!The best thing was that the staff gave us a surprise for our birthday and even prepared a cake!Thanks for everything to Tiger & his team.

I've visited this place once, but it was memorable, the cool green and peaceful room is perfect for introverts who like tranquility and nature lovers like me, the room, play pool and clean area with the service of the staff in charge who are full of smiles and friendly make me feel relaxed and addicted to a staycation at this place.., promised myself that I would definitely visit here again, may God give you good health, see you Tjendana Kanaka Villas Ubud..
