It appears that it is difficult to see the pool from most of the pool view rooms.Upon requesting a room change, I was moved to a satisfactory room with a view of the pool. The staff are really friendly. Also, moving downtown is harder than you think. It takes about 30 minutes on average one way.Personally, I visited Tall Tree Restaurant on the first floor twice for lunch and dinner, and all the food I ordered was delicious.Except calamari.

The service and the rooms are the best here. When I do come back to Ubud one day, I will definitely stay here. The service is so good. A paragraph alone is not enough to describe. They are accommodating and are all in all just the most thoughtful bunch. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

My favourite hotel in Bali, possibly the world! Everything about it is perfect - the location, food, service. It's a nice size - not too big and not too small. The highlight is the infinity pool overlooking the rainforest.

Very disappointed with the room and the facilities. I booked this for us after our wedding, hoping to relax, but the room is very dated, small and the view is quite unpleasant. You can hear cars from the road, which makes it far from relaxing. I’d say this feels more like a business hotel than a resort meant for leisure. It really put a damper on our wedding trip. We stayed at the Radisson Blu Uluwatu and Airbnb (Villa Ziba) in Seminyak, and both were much nicer and far more worth it.It says it's a garden view, but all I can see are someone's window or rooftop. We wasted £500 staying here for 3 days. The staff, however, are nice and friendly. I wouldn’t not recommend if you are looking for a place for celebration or relaxation :(

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, they don’t overcharge you, are super happy with any request you have, add on everything that is missing, the rooms are very clean and the staff are amazing. I would definitely come back.|Oh, and the pool is another experience, especially at night time.
