The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, greeting me with warm smiles and a genuine desire to ensure I had the best experience possible.The villa itself is a peaceful oasis nestled in the heart of Ubud’s lush greenery. The design perfectly balances modern luxury with traditional Balinese charm, creating an atmosphere that’s both serene and inviting. My villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. Waking up to the sounds of nature and breathtaking views of the surrounding rice fields was an unforgettable experience.Katut and the team were nothing but amazing.I highly recommend the stay at Roshan!

We stayed here in April for our honeymoon and it was an exceptional experience! The hospitality is amazing, very comfy rooms and everything is taken care of.Breakfast was perfect every morning and the added detail of flower arrangements in the pool was a great touch! Location is very close to everything in Ubud aswell. We would definitely recommend!

Welcomed into a beautiful villa, outside of the central point of Ubud. Staff were incredibly hospitable, kind & thoughtful. My husband and myself loved the villa & the beautiful tropical landscape. The bed linen was soft and it was lovely having the room made up each day when we were out exploring Bali. Thank you for a wonderful time, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & had a beautiful time in Ubud.

We recently stayed at Roshan and loved this villa complex. It is located just off Jl. Raya Bunutan around 6.5 km northeast of the city centre of Ubud.We booked directly online through the Manggala, the company representing Roshan. They offer pickup service at the airport in Denpasar and can hold luggage if you arrive early prior to your room being available for checkin.Staff on location are very so friendly, checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Room cleaning and nightly turn down service was very nice. While there is no restaurant on location, they can prepare breakfast (INR100K) if you like. Staff can assist with transportation and day tour booking needs as well.The villa we stayed in was charming and quaint. There is a private plunge style pool with two outdoor tables to relax or use for dining or afternoon reading. There is a simple outdoor kitchenette with microwave, kettle, single stove burner and water dispenser - good enough for simple meal preparation and making coffees or enjoying evening glass of wine. Environs are excellent to enjoy meals in your private setting filled with thick shrubs, plants and blooms and gorgeous pool.The interior of the villa was spacious. The bed came with netting and was quite comfortable. Furnishing is simple and matches decor theme of the property well. TV, Wifi, safe and lighting all worked just fine. Bathroom was just fine. It was a bedroom to rest while not enjoying our time in the private pool or hanging out outside.Not many restaurants in the area of the villa but you can order through quite a few places through Grab for delivery at Roshan Ubud Villa. Or catch a ride into the city centre area for sightseeing or dining.Overall, we really enjoyed this peaceful, quite and lovely villa outside or Ubud. We would gladly return to stay at Roshan again the next time we visit Ubud.
