What a gem of a place. Amazing accommodation, the pool overlooking the jungle is spectacular and the rooms were super spacious and very comfortable with a gigantic bed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the room very clean. Theres also some super cool chill spots on the location and the staff were super helpful and lovely. Only 13 mins drive to the main street and it’s through nice and chilled roads. Cok helped us organize affordable scooters and transfer to the airport. Amazing place, I highly recommend it.

Pretty average place, far from the city centre, about 15mins scooter ride or longer in a car. We had the sommelier room upstairs the AC was good, room is spacious, kitchen facilities are there, shower was ok, pressure drops in and out but was manageable. Soap, shampoo and towels were given, however were maroon so hard to tell if were spotless. The overall cleanliness is average the exhaust in the bathroom is weak so struggles to get the odour and humidity out. Hence the walls have lot of watermarks slight mould and bathtub is unusable as it was dirty. The sheets were dirty on check-in but upon complaining Cok was nice to get them changed. TV in the room did not work but didn't bother us. If you like hotel type service and are clean person then you may not prefer this place.

The stay was nice and quiet, but there were few services nearby. The first night was very difficult because I did not know the location. I asked the villa owner for help, but I did not receive help.

Dirty bed and bathroom. The place was infested by ants and mosquitos. Wouldnt stay here again. Check in was difficult and the staff werent accomodating. There are much better places than this in Ubud and for better value. The room is outdated .

Nice quiet location.
Whole place needs a deep clean and a lick of paint.
Had a nice stay tho and the jungle surrounding was nice.

Beautiful, quaint place to stay with tidy rooms. Other than being a nice spot it felt understaffed which is odd to say when there's only 3 rooms for the villa. We chose this place thinking we booked the downstairs room by the pool but were shown to our upstairs room. We also wanted to have breakfast as an option which wasn't included in our package but like most places you were just supposed to pay for it instead of it being free. We ordered and waited 2 hours to only receive a message informing us the chef wasn't cooking anymore even though it was breakfast hours as they labeled. Also, we didn't see a single staff person except for when we checked in and checked out. Luckily theres another villa complex within a 1 minute walk that serves breakfast.

4 stars only for beautiful view. Shower is terrible, lasts only 2 min then you have to wait another 5 min. Location is fine 10 min by bike from the center of Ubud.

Definitely a good value for the price. Relatively close to Ubud center, maybe 12 minutes on scooter.Cute and cozy, very private with jungle on one side and rice fields on the other. It has good amenities- clean pool and lounge area, scooter parking and rental (70k/day). AC works well in tandem with ceiling fan. Kitchen has most basic stuff you may need.Grounds keeper is very nice guy. WiFi is strong. Fast response from the host on Airbnb.Cons are-water inconsistency, can cut out mid shower... comes back after some weird noises happen inside plumbing and toilet...- 0 sound insulation, you hear everything like the pig/chicken farmer just behind the villa, and all the ruckus from 6am and on... Those roosters get up early (light sleepers beware!)- cracks in doors and windows let bugs in, especially mosquitos...Green towels may make your blond hair green, or maybe it was pool water...my girl has green highlights now lolI would rate it 3.5 overall but no such option so 4 it is....

Very bad experience, hot water shower not working properly on front villa, bathroom not up to standard. whole day sun exposing side walls can't sleep in day time, think twice before you book.

When you stay here try and get the sommelier room - view is lovely. I would want to give this villa 5/5 but we had a few issues with our room cleaning. The caretaker didn’t clean our room unless we told him. He wasn’t on the premises a lot so you could not even see him at all! And when our room was cleaned the bed sheets weren’t changed. My advice is that when you leave your room in the morning or whenever, whatsaap the manager/boss that you want your room cleaned and your sheets changed. When we did this the room got cleaned 100%.If you want to rent a scooter, do it from villa. They charge 70,000 which is 20,000 more then what you could get in town, but it’s still cheap and you don’t have the hassle of dropping off your scooter somewhere in town when you have finished.I do recommend this villa but just keep on top of the cleaning 👍
