Well first at all this villa doesn't have lobby entrance and car park. So when you arrived, you feel a little bit confuse. Where is the villa? You will only can see the sign "THE FOREST" outside the house. But no need to worry because one of their staff always available. He just directly help me with my stuff and we heading to my villa. Villa is amazing. It feels you're staying in the forest. Of course you will see lots of bugs, lots of insects, and small lizzard. But it feels normal. Even i saw 2 or 3 birds making their nest near my kichen hihihi that was so cute. I just directly try the bed. The bed is THE COMFIEST BED I EVER TRIED. It feels like you can just fall asleep immediately. Breakfast was normal. Not too much selection. Well they give 6 options but it just bread egg bread egg. And the pool is too deep. Maybe its arround 1.8 M or 2 M. So i think this villa not suitable for family with toddler or children under 10 years old. And the important thing is when you stay in this villa, it feels so calm. No noise from the road. Overall i enjoyed my stay in this villa. But i hope you will have lobby entrance soon.Need to improve:1. A trash can inside room (a little bit hard going outside just for putting trash)

We were able to spend a few wonderful days in a villa with a private pool.Our villa was very clean, very nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. Every morning we had breakfast delivered to our room, which was prepared with a lot of love. The staff and service were fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and extremely friendly. We were able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel for the next few days.We didn't miss anything and we can only recommend the hotel.

Pls book this hotel at your own peril. They can cancel your confirmed booking at any time with 'system error' excuse. See the message I got from their side today. Extremely unprofessional."We do apologise Mr. Akshay, we have a system error thatyour booking is not available, we have to cancel your booking the villa is not available, please approve it, thank you".

Too many insects and geckos, which I understand is a norm in Bali especially in the forest. Pool wasn’t the cleanest and very cold.

The service from all the staff was excellent, the facility was very welcoming, and the breakfast was included with many different choices.For any problem, they found the solution on the spot.All the staff are very good.The only thing I didn't like very much was the crowing of the neighbors' roosters who crowed at any time of the night and woke you up during the night. But this is not the fault of the structure.
