Before I arrived here, I thought this place would be boring because it is not near Ubud Central, Bali, but when I arrived, I changed my mind.It is a gorgeous private villa.I like every architecture of this unit. The only downside is that there is no A/C in the living hall. At night, there are mosquitoes in the hall.The pool is clean. The bed is good, but I don't like the pillows as they were hard. You can hear some noise if your villa neighbour is very noisy. Otherwise, my stay was very calm and peaceful with no disturbance. The staff and the owner are helpful.You can apply these services at Gigimas Villa:• Bike rental service - 100000 per day, need to improve the bike quality. I suggest sticking with Bikago.• Laundry service• Breakfast service - Never tried• Food service - Tasted ok• Airport transfer• Private driverIt takes 10 minutes to drive to Ubud Central. Local food can be found here, but they might rip you off. Use gojek or grab to find food if you are not going out. If you want to stay in a quieter place, this is good. But if you prefer a place that is closer to Western food, services, and Ubud Palace, I recommend staying near Ubud Palace or Museum Blanco.#bali

Title: Absolutely Disgusting Experience!I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. The moment I walked into my room, I was hit with a musty odor. Upon closer inspection, I discovered mould growing on the walls. It was utterly revolting and unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer hospitality.The worst part was the bed. The sheets were visibly dirty, with stains and what appeared to be hairs from previous guests. It was clear they hadn't been changed or properly cleaned. I couldn't bring myself to sleep on them, and the staff's response to my complaint was completely dismissive and unhelpful.The overall hygiene of this place is severely lacking, and it made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

There were cockroaches in the room! I ended up staying somewhere else when the manager refused to sort it out!

Utterly disappointing! Save your money and stay somewhere that's clean.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Mould, lots of mosquitos and dirty linen. Upon arrival the staff couldn't find the booking for around 30 minutes and tried to make me pay again in cash.

I recently stayed at this villa and had a deeply disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I found several stains on the sheets that appeared to be either blood or other bodily fluids. I immediately informed the staff and requested that the sheets be changed. Shockingly, I was asked if it would be acceptable to wait until the following day for the sheets to be changed. I explained that my partner would not sleep on sheets with such stains, and the staff member assured me that the sheets would be changed while we were out.We returned late at night, only to find the stains still on the sheets, along with a snail on the ceiling. Additionally, there was hair in the bed. Despite checking in 10 hours earlier, the sheets were still not changed by 11 PM. The owner flatly refused to resolve the problem stating the room was non refundable.This experience was utterly unacceptable, and I would not recommend this villa to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service were beyond disappointing.
